925 Sterling Silver
• Made from 92.5 percent pure silver combined with strengthening metals for durability and long-term wear.
• A precious metal foundation that allows for precise stone settings, fine craftsmanship, and a smooth, polished finish.
• Bonds naturally with gold, creating an even surface that can be replated and restored throughout its life.
• Unlike stainless steel, brass, or gold filled copper, silver provides the strength, weight, and refined feel associated with true fine jewellery.
• Chosen for its balance of beauty, craftsmanship, and lasting value, silver delivers the appearance and structure of solid gold at a more accessible cost.
18k Gold Plating
• Contains 75 percent pure gold alloyed with other metals for strength and durability.
• 18k gold has a rich, natural hue that is warmer and more sophisticated than lower-purity gold, which can appear overly bright or yellow.
• Applied evenly over sterling silver for a luminous, long-lasting finish that enhances depth and warmth.
Moissanite
• Composed of silicon carbide and admired for its brilliance and fire, often appearing even more radiant than diamond.
• Nearly as hard as diamond, resistant to scratching, and ethically created for modern fine jewellery.
• Unlike cubic zirconia, moissanite maintains its clarity and sparkle for life, offering enduring beauty without compromise.

FAQs
Moissanite is a rare gemstone made from silicon carbide, first discovered in a meteor crater in Arizona in 1893. Because natural moissanite is so scarce, all gemstones used in fine jewellery today are grown in laboratories that recreate the same natural crystal structure.
It ranks 9.25 on the Mohs scale, just below diamond at 10, and has a higher refractive index, giving it remarkable brilliance and fire. Unlike cubic zirconia, moissanite will not cloud or scratch over time and retains its clarity indefinitely.
Even experts often need specialised tools to tell moissanite and diamond apart, especially in smaller stones. It offers the same lasting beauty and durability as a diamond, without the inflated pricing or environmental impact of mined stones.
No. While some moissanite is sold with certificates, GIA does not officially recognise or grade moissanite, so these documents do not carry the same meaning as they do for diamonds. We prefer to be transparent and do not include them.
We recommend avoiding showering with your jewellery. Water, soap, and shampoo can build up in the settings and dull the sparkle over time. Even solid gold and diamond pieces can lose their shine when exposed to soap.
Our jewellery is crafted from sterling silver, a premium metal that allows for detailed settings and secure prongs, then plated with 18k gold for a rich finish. Stainless steel may not tarnish, but it lacks the refinement needed for fine jewellery. Solid gold offers lasting shine but would make each piece cost thousands. Sterling silver with 18k gold plating offers the best balance of craftsmanship, durability, and affordability.
Structure: A piece should feel balanced, strong, and refined. Our settings are crafted with precision so each stone sits securely and evenly, ensuring long-term durability and visual harmony.
Material: We use solid sterling silver with a thick 18k gold plating. Sterling silver allows for fine detailing and secure settings, while the gold finish gives each piece a rich, lasting lustre without the cost of solid gold.
Gem quality: Every moissanite we use is pure, uncoated, and cut for maximum brilliance and fire. Lower-cost alternatives often use coated stones that dull over time.
Transparency: Many brands rely on low-cost base metals and high markups. We choose premium materials and fair pricing so you’re investing in craftsmanship and lasting beauty, not inflated margins.
Sterling silver is a precious metal, while stainless steel and brass are base metals. Silver allows for detailed craftsmanship, smooth polishing, and precise stone settings. It bonds naturally with gold, giving a clean, even finish that can be replated and restored throughout its lifetime.
Stainless steel and PVD coatings are harder but far less workable. They cannot be shaped into fine prongs or refined forms, and once the coating wears, it cannot be repaired. Gold filled brass contains more gold than plating but is bonded to a base metal that limits how it can be crafted and can expose the core metal at joins or edges.
Since 2020, the value of silver has more than doubled (currently 2025), moving closely in line with gold’s growth, while brass and stainless steel have changed very little in value. This reflects why silver remains a true precious metal and continues to hold its worth, craftsmanship quality, and prestige in fine jewellery.
