At Kofsky & Stone, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you have a change of heart regarding your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns, exchanges or store credit within the first 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, kindly email our team at info@kofskyandstone.co.nz with your order number and preference for returns. Returns must be shipped via tracked courier within 5 days of contacting us, and the relevant details must be communicated to Kofsky & Stone via email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed upon receipt.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Kofsky & Stone cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

- The item is not returned in its original condition, including signs of wear, scratches, damage, or if it is not in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, returns on earrings are not accepted under any circumstances; please choose carefully.
- The item is made to order.
- The item is returned outside of the specified time frame.
- The item is a final sale piece.
- The item is part of a promotion (unless otherwise specified).

Additionally, returns will not be accepted if damage has occurred due to personal wear and tear, discolouration from metal-skin reaction, mishandling, or not following the Care Instructions provided. Please note that body chemistry variations may affect how jewellery wears, as some individuals may have more acidic PH levels, perspiration, or body oils, which can cause discolouration or oxidization. In such cases, Kofsky & Stone is not responsible for returning or exchanging items.

Kofsky & Stone is not liable for incorrectly entered addresses, so please ensure all information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit, and shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.

Customers should be aware that they are responsible for any customs or clearance charges incurred for international shipping.
