Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Kofsky and Stone, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every piece you purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Change of mind returns
We offer returns, exchanges, or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email info@kofskyandstone.co.nz with your order number and whether you prefer a return, exchange, or store credit.

Returns must be sent via tracked courier within 5 days of contacting us, and the tracking details must be provided by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once the item arrives with us.

If there is an issue
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve it.

Eligibility requirements
We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances
• The item shows signs of wear, scratches, damage, or is not returned in its original packaging
• The item is earrings for hygiene reasons
• The item was made to order or personalised
• The item is marked as Final Sale
• The item was purchased as part of a promotion unless otherwise stated
• The request or return falls outside our stated timeframes

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Jewellery care and wear
Some pieces may react differently to individual skin chemistry including pH, perspiration, and natural oils. Wear or discolouration resulting from personal use is not considered a fault and returns cannot be accepted in these situations.

Shipping responsibility
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Kofsky and Stone is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address or for damage that occurs during transit.

For international orders, any customs duties or clearance fees that apply are the responsibility of the customer.
