Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Dispatch times vary by product and are always clearly displayed on each product page:

• In-stock pieces: Dispatches within 1–3 business days
• Limited-availability pieces: Dispatches within 8–12 business days

If your order contains items with different dispatch timings, your order will ship together based on the latest dispatch timeframe. Should you prefer split shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We will contact you promptly if anything affects your expected dispatch time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

Standard courier delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched:

• New Zealand & Australia: Approximately 1–3 business days
• International: Approximately 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery time may occasionally be affected by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

• New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders
• Australia: Flat rate $18 NZD
• International: Calculated at checkout
