Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kofsky & Stone. We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing Time

  • Stocked items will be dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

  • Pre-orders will be dispatched within 8–12 business days, unless otherwise specified. Occasionally there may be delays outside of our control (such as supplier or freight issues), in which case you will be notified.

  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Methods and Times
We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within New Zealand.
For Australia, shipping is free on orders over $200 NZD. Orders under $200 will incur a flat shipping fee of $25 NZD.
We also ship to the United States — shipping costs are $30 NZD flat rate, calculated at checkout.
For all other international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking number via our website or the courier's tracking portal.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
